GROWING TOGETHER TO HELP CREATE A BETTER FUTURE

Everyday billions of cups of coffee and tea are enjoyed across the globe. Our ambition, through the power of our brands, is to deliver measurable improvements for the farmers, communities and ecosystems connected to our coffee and tea supply chains. Progress against our targets is reported in our Annual Report available below.

Common Grounds is JDE Peet's approach to coffee sourcing, the environmental stewardship and community engagement aimed at improving outcomes for people and reducing our environmental footprint across coffee and tea through specific and measurable targets and investments. See our targets and progress below and in our Annual Report.

Our Common Grounds Programme

RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING RISKS

We use a risk-based green-coffee HREDD process to identify and address human-rights and environmental risks, and we support farmers through targeted programmes.

MINIMISING FOOTPRINT

REDUCING EMISSIONS, WATER USE AND WASTE

We are working with partners across our supply chain to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions, water use and waste, with targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative.

CONNECTING PEOPLE
