


Rafa Oliveira is CEO of the Coffee Operating Unit of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and will serve as the CEO of the future Global Coffee Company following separation from KDP. He also serves as Executive Director of JDE Peet’s.
Rafa Oliveira was Executive Director and CEO of JDE Peet’s until 1 April 2026. Prior to joining JDE Peet’s, Rafa spent 10 years at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he successfully drove growth, innovation and sustainability initiatives, and developing business leaders while serving in various executive roles, including Executive Vice President and President of International Markets such as EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Before his tenure at Kraft Heinz, Rafa spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs Group, holding several senior leadership roles, including Executive Director in the Securities Division in the United Kingdom and in the Emerging Markets Division in Hong Kong. He began his career in Brazil, working in the Equity Research divisions at Banco Icatu and Banco BBA-Creditanstalt.
Rafa holds an International MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Stuart MacFarlane joined the Whitbread Beer Company in 1992, which was later acquired by Interbrew SA/NV and, subsequently, Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV. At Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, Mr. MacFarlane held various senior roles throughout his career and, from 2003, he held his first General Management role as Managing Director, Ireland.
He was appointed President of AB InBev UK and Ireland in 2008 and in 2011 joined the Global Executive Board, serving as President, Central and Eastern Europe based in Moscow. Mr. MacFarlane most recently served as Anheuser-Busch InBev’s President, Europe and Middle East from 2014 to 2019.
He is currently a non-executive director and member of the audit committee and compensation committee of NOMAD Foods Europe Limited.


Khaled Rabbani (Dutch) is the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of JDE Peet’s.
Khaled has more than 27 years of international Legal and Corporate Affairs experience, having worked in The Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
Prior to joining JDE Peet’s, Khaled served as the General Counsel, Head of Compliance and interim Company Secretary of Majid al Futtaim Holding in Dubai, UAE, one of the world’s leading lifestyle, retail and real-estate companies.
Khaled holds a Bachelor of Arts (History/International Relations) from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.


Ramon Hogenboom has been serving as Global Tax Director of JDE Peet’s since 2023, leading the Group’s tax activities globally. Prior to joining JDE Peet’s in 2018, Ramon spent nearly a decade at PwC, where he advised multinational corporations on complex tax matters, including corporate income tax, international tax structuring, M&A transactions, and transfer pricing. Ramon holds an academic background in accounting and tax law.


Robbe Mertens has been serving as Global Treasurer of JDE Peet’s since 2025, leading the Group’s treasury activities globally. He joined the Company in 2022. Prior to joining JDE Peet’s, he held treasury roles of increasing responsibility at Anheuser-Busch InBev and worked as a treasury consultant at Zanders, advising corporates on treasury strategy and financial risk management. Robbe has an academic background in Economics, Finance, and Accounting.


Asta Aleskute is a seasoned legal and compliance leader with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives. Since joining JDE Peet’s in 2017, Asta has held senior roles in M&A, corporate governance, and global compliance, including serving as Deputy Company Secretary. In early 2025, Asta assumed responsibility for Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs for the JDE Peet’s LARMEA segment. Prior to JDE Peet’s, Asta spent six years at Ahold Delhaize, where she led high-impact M&A projects, notably the cross-border merger between Ahold and Delhaize. Her career began at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, advising international clients on complex EU regulatory and antitrust matters. Asta holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Lund University, Sweden.


Anthony Shoemaker is the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Keurig Dr Pepper. Previously, Anthony served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Keurig Dr Pepper. Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Anthony served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare. His career began at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
