When looking at diversity, we aim to reach gender-balanced representation as we believe there should be no barriers for women to grow into leadership positions within the company. We also aim for a mix of nationalities at our head office in Amsterdam, which is representative of our global footprint. In 2021, more than 36% of our senior management and 43% of our total workforce were women, with 93 nationalities represented. In addition, each market is also responsible for defining what diversity looks like in their local context.
